TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Dear Valued Customer, please spare a few minutes to read our Terms and Conditions before placing an Order with me. It is necessary that you read through our T&C to prevent any problems from arising in future.

HOW TO ORDER?

Step 1: Email your Order:
Please email me with the following:
(1) Name
(2) Contact number & email address
(3) Delivery address
(4) Product ID code and name
(5) Size and colour (if any)
(6) Quantity
(7) Preferred choice of payment & delivery

1. Alternatively, if you wish to collect your order personally, please indicate so in your email, and we will liaise with you accordingly.

Step 2: Order Confirmation:

1. Once I have received your order, I will reply you within 24 hrs to confirm your Order details and advise you on the shipping fees as well as your payment options.


2. Please take note that once your order and payment is made, no cancellation of orders or refund of money will be entertained.


3. If there is no stock available, I will give a full refund.

Step 3 : Payment and Delivery Charges:

1. Ready Stocks is required. Upon payment, stock will send within 3 days
   
2. Pre-order is required. Upon payment, stock will arrive within 14 days time subject to production schedule.
   
3. If you wish to collect the items personally, you may make full payment first before collection of the items.
4. Self- collect will earn a $5 VG Voucher
5. We will inform u through email that ur order is Ready Stocks or Pre-order Stocks.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. POSB / DBS Fund Transfer : i-banking or ATM (I will email you our account upon confirmation of your order (s)


2. Cheque or Cash (I will provide payment details through email).


3. Cash payment may be made for personally collected items (please make full payment first via bank transfer or ATM payment before collection).
   
4. Payment must be made 3 days after confirmation of order; failure to process payment will result in the cancellation of order.

5. Courier service

We also offer a courier service at the following rates:
$8 - $10 (depent on journey)

1. Normal Postage is $1.50-3.50 (depending on the product ordered). Postage will be sent to your mailbox.


2. I will not be responsible for any loss of items in the mail.


3. Registered Postage will be an additional $2.20. Postage will be sent to your doorstep; if there is no one at home, kindly collect it personally from the nearest Post Office. There will be a article number sent to you upon request and you can check the status of your items at http://www.singpost.com/

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. There will be NO REFUND and EXCHANGE allowed if there is no valid reason.
2. Please note that there may be a slight difference of color in the actual piece due to lightings every computer monitor setting.Please note clothing measurement before purchase.
